Maye Delk: The Motorcycle Safety Foundation course is usually a weekend course of two full days. Each day is about 10 hours, give or take. If you pass, they will give you a certificate that you then take to the DMV and the DMV will issue your license. The course doesn't issue the license, it issues a waiver for your road test. So if you take a Saturday and Sunday course, by Monday you can have your motorcycle license.
