Is it legal for a car dealership to sell me a car without telling me about faulty safety features?

Isreal Kochheiser: Did the dealership include a warranty otherwise you're stuck with the faulty transmission? If there are recalls, Ford will fix them for free. Check for recalls at Ford.com and spread the bad news about the dealership. Be sure the dealership didn't have them fixed before. It is illegal to knowingly sell any safety hazard.

Frank Crummell: turn it in to the better business bureau. also i am not sure about the laws here in texas but they have a place to go when buying some vehicles. its a place where to see if the car was owned before and what happened to it. you need to check this out ther! e are some guys out there seling and being mean. they are horrible i got took also.
