I think what is important is that you need to think and define... where do you want to go and be in life? Do you want to be happy? Do you want to make 30k, 50k, 100k, a year? What are your GOALS?If your goals are to make 80k every year... maybe staying at UPS with no college experience isn't the best option... but you probably won't be able to achieve this. Get the idea?College isn't easy. It is hard for a reason. You put a lot in (hopefully lol)... and when you do, you really do get A LOT back out. Maybe not at the time, maybe not immediately... but over the course of your LIFE you will!Staying with UPS and no degree might sound great right now. Labor? Who cares. Good pay today? Great! But in 10, 15, 20 years... that labor might not seem so easy/fun/interesting... and your "good pay/benefits today" may not be good then. Keep in mind that in a labor job, your rate of pay isn! 't going to increase substantially over time! You might get a! promotion here, promotion there... but eventually you will hit a CEILING you won't be able to pass, because you don't have a degree.I would imagine your best bet would be to stick with college and get a relevant degree that let's you achieve YOUR goals, whatever they are.
