Mental Health, Meps and getting in the Army?

Georgina Natal: Lie and you will get caught at some point in time. It's that simple.

Craig Virani: Go ahead, you will be found out. You will wack out under stress, security clearance investigation or somebody will rat you out.

Bernadette Roel: You'll be subject to a court-martial if you don't tell the truth.

Saran Stealy: failing to disclose is also Fraudulent entry. nobody gives a damn about you family legacy. and nobody gives a damn that you CLAIM that your mental issues are history. PAST IS PROLOGUE. they have firm and solid evidence that past mental issues are NOT compatible with military service. since you are required to give them unfettered access to all you records, they WILL find out your past history and they WILL call you out on it and they WILL permanently and forever disqualify you. and if you are supremely lucky they WILL NOT turn you over to authorities to be prosecuted for the felony fraudulent enlistment charge....Sh! ow more

Clement Viscarro: You have the mental health of a Hamster. The best shape in your life could be below the military standard. Most individuals with mental health issues don't realized they have them. In your mind, you are just as normal as the next hamster. The mental health evaluator probably said you are normal for a hamster!

Maria Devenney: I didn't read any of that BSSire Corky. Go ahead and lie. That's a federal felony. I'm sure that will complement the rock star lifestyle you are currently leading. Roll those dice. Uncle Sam always wins...Show more

Nikki Sypult: From DD Form 2807-2, which you are required to complete and sign before processing at MEPS:"I certify the information on this form is true and COMPLETE to the best of my knowledge and belief, and no person has advised me to CONCEAL or falsify any information about my physical and mental history" (emphases are mine). From the same form (in case I haven't convinced you yet):"WAR! NING: The information you have given constitutes an official s! tatement. Federal law provides severe penalties (up to 5 years confinement or a $10,000 fine or both), to anyone making a false statement. If you are selected for enlistment, commission, or entrance into a commissioning program based on a false statement, you can be tried by military courts-martial or meet an administrative board for discharge and could receive a less than honorable discharge that would affect your future."Withholding information is considered to be the same thing as lying to the U.S. Military. Don't be an idiot. You will get caught and you will be discharged (if you manage to get in)....Show more
