Mahalia Brindle: If Ireland is a problem because you lack the Irish language, then come, teach in the US! You can actually participate in our US/UK teacher exchange program, which I've linked, below. Although it certainly wouldn't be Ireland, it could be a very exciting, international experience. And with your three years of experience, you are at the perfect level to apply.
Romeo Tinnea: Sadly there is a huge problem for you if you want to teach in an Irish primary school. You got to have Irish. Irish is compulsory at school here. I know that Irish teachers can teach in the UK, but not the other way round. Your teaching qualification would be recognizes etc. But like I have mention above you need to have good comand of the Irish language.
