Burt Cheevers: This dress seems to be perfect for an after 5ish affair. Good dress for a reasonable price. Since this dress is dark, I would livin it up a little. I suggest silver accessories. A nice silver necklace with a rinestone pendant, sparkly silver earrings and silver bangles would set the outfit off nicely.
